摘 要:针对在超低排放要求下,热电厂原有环保设施存在的瓶颈问题和制约因素,采取对脱硫、脱硝及除尘等污染物脱除技术路线方案的优化,并通过新技术的应用和系统性综合改造,试运后达到超低排放,为生产提供了环保支撑。同时,此次改造充分考虑热电厂和化工生产的环保协同处理,提升了热电厂整体环保综合处理能力。In this paper,bottleneck problems and restriction factors preventing the existing environmental protection facilities of the thermal power plant from meeting the ultra-low emission requirements are introduced.Through optimizing technical routes&schemes in removing such pollutants as sulfur,nitrate and dust,and through new technology application and systemic comprehensive transformation,the goal of ultra-low emissions is realized in trial operation,enhancing environmental protection in production.At the same time,synergized environmental protection for both the thermal power plant and chemical production was taken into full consideration during transformation,elevating the overall environmental protection treatment capacity of the thermal power plant.
