摘  要:推焦杆回程中的振动问题严重影响了推焦设备整体稳定性及焦炉正常生产,为找到推焦杆振动原因,通过模态分析,得到推焦杆固有频率,并通过试验采集推焦杆回程振动信号,通过短时傅立叶变换(STFT)对振动信号进行时频分析,提取出推焦杆不同时间段振动特征值。结果表明推焦杆振动频率与结构固有频率极为接近,说明推焦杆发生了自激振动,此外,推焦杆振动主要发生在滑履退出炭化室前,说明摩擦力是导致推焦杆产生自激振动的主要原因。另外,由于约束较少,滑履退出炭化室后,推焦杆发生轻微碰撞现象。Vibration problem of the coke pushing rod during the return process seriously affects the overall stability of the coke pushing equipment and the normal production of the coke oven,in order to find out the vibration reason of the coke pushing rod,in this paper,the natural frequencies of the coke pushing rod were obtained by the modal analysis,and the vibration signalsof the coke pushing rod during the return process were collected by the experiment,time-frequency analysis of the vibration signalswas carried out by the short-time Fourier transform(STFT)and vibration characteristics of different time segments of the coke pushing rodwere extracted.The results showed that the vibration frequencies of the coke pushing rod were very close to the natural frequencies of the structure,which indicated that the self-excited vibration occurred in the coke pushing rod,moreover,vibration of the coke pushing rod mainly occurred before the sliding track withdrew from the carbonization chamber,it is indicated that the friction was the main reason causing the self-excited vibration of the coke pushing rod.In addition,due to the less constraint,after the sliding track withdrew from the carbonization chamber,a slight collision occurred in the coke pushing rod.
