摘  要:针对大型螺旋桨静不平衡检测难问题,基于液体静压支承原理和传感器技术,提出一种大型螺旋桨立式静平衡仪并对其系统构成及检测原理进行介绍。结合核心零部件球面副的外形结构建立了油液泄漏量和静平衡仪承载能力数学模型。通过MATLAB软件仿真分析球面副关键尺寸与平衡仪负载能力之间的关系,根据分析结果及系统最大承载要求设计了球面副结构。最后有针对性地选择不同规格螺旋桨进行现场实验,实验结果表明该系统具有较高准确性和较强稳定性,对静不平衡质量人工磨削具有重要指导意义。In order to solve the problem about static unbalance detection of large propeller,a vertical static balance machine is proposed based on the hydrostatic bearing principle with sensor technology,and its system composition and detection principle are introduced.The mathematical model of oil leakage and bearing performance of static balance machine is built with the shape structure of core parts spherical pair.The relationship between the spherical pair key dimension and bearing performance of the balance machine is simulated by MATLAB,then the spherical pair structure is designed based on analysis result.At last,the propellers of different specifications are selected to do experiment in field,the results show that this system has high accuracy and strong stability,it also has important guiding significance for static unbalanced quality artificial grinding.
