摘  要:为解决排种盘研发时间长和生产成本高等问题,设计了一种3D打印排种盘并满足排种精度要求。介绍了3D打印技术核心理念和工作原理,分析了3D打印技术的重要性及其作用,建立了排种盘的三维模型并进行ANSYS仿真分析,各项指标结果符合排种盘的许用范围。采用单因素试验方法进行了3D打印和传统排种盘的对比试验,分析结果表明:3D打印与传统排种盘试验中各项评价指标相差不大,浮动不超过3%。3D打印排种盘能够满足农艺播种要求,促进农业机械制造快速发展。In order to solve the problem of long development time and high production cost of the seed discs,a 3D printing seed disc was designed and the seeding precision requirements were met.The core idea and working principle of 3D printing technology are introduced.The importance and role of 3D printing technology are analyzed.A three-dimensional model of air-suction seed tray is established and ANSYS simulation analysis is performed.The results of each index are in line with the requirements of the seed tray.Use the range.The single-factor test method was used to compare the 3D printing with the traditional seed tray.The analysis results showed that the 3D printing and the traditional seed tray test have little difference in the evaluation index,and the float does not exceed 3%.The 3D printing seed tray can meet the agronomic sowing requirements and promote the rapid development of agricultural machinery manufacturing.
