摘 要:针对传统孔组几何参数测量方法存在的效率低,无法适应多种孔形变化的问题,提出了一种利用机器视觉分类测量孔组几何参数的方法。对获取的薄板铆接孔组图像,进行阈值分割、ROI提取、孔形识别等处理,采用质心法获取目标孔组的中心坐标并利用孔形面积与直径、边长之间的几何关系获得孔组中各个孔的直径或边长,实现了孔组几何参数的计算。实验结果表明:中心、直径及边长的测量结果达到了精度要求,解决了传统薄板孔组几何参数测量方法效率低且适应性低的问题。For solving the problem about low efficiency of the traditional method for measuring the geometric parameters of hole group,and can not adapt to the variation of various hole shapes,a method of classify measuring geometric parameters of the hole group based on machine vision is proposed in it.The threshold segmentation,ROI extraction,hole shape recognition and so on are used to obtain the image of the riveted hole group.The center coordinates of the target hole group are obtained by using the centroid method,diameter and side length of the hole group is obtained by the geometric relation between the side lengths and area,so the geometric parameters of the hole group are calculated.The experimental results show that the measurement results of center,diameter and side length meet the precision requirement and solve the problem of low efficiency and low adaptability of traditional methods for measuring the geometric parameters of thin plate hole group.
