摘  要:利用计算机辅助设计技术,逆向工程技术和有限元分析技术针对锁定型接骨板固定股骨干骨折的生物力学特性进行了研究。分析了接骨板长度,螺钉数量以及螺钉分布对接骨板的变形和应力的影响规律。研究结果表明:接骨板的长度对内固定系统的力学性能有显著影响,长接骨板的安全性高于短接骨板;接骨板在骨折断口上侧的变形较大,而且最大值位于距断口最近的螺钉孔处;骨折断口两侧距断口最近的螺钉对接骨板系统的变形和应力的影响远高于其他螺钉,断口上侧的螺钉的应力值比下侧的应力值大,疲劳断裂的可能性更大;对于锁定型接骨板固定股骨干骨折的治疗方案,双皮质长螺钉和单皮质短螺钉的差别不明显。The biomechanical characteristics of femoral shaft fracture fixed with locking plate were studied by Computer Aided Design(CAD),reverse engineering and Finite Element Analysis(FEM).The effects of the length of the plate,the number of screws and the distribution of screws on the deformation and stress of the plate were analyzed.The results show that the length of the plate has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the internal fixation system,and the safety of the long plate is higher than that of the short plate.The deformation of the plate is greater on the upper side of the fracture surface,and the maximum value is located at the screw hole closest to the fracture.The deformation and stress of the plate system with the screw closest to the fracture surface are much higher than those of the other screws,and the stress value of the screw on the upper side of the fracture is higher than the stress value on the lower side of the fracture,and the possibility of fatigue fracture is more likely than that of the screw on the upper side of the fracture.For the treatment of femoral shaft fractures with locking plate,there was no significant difference between long cortical screws and short cortical screws.
