摘 要:目前,由于链棒式磁过滤器磁系结构不合理、磁选效率低等问题导致环境污染及资源消耗严重,因此通过优化工艺参数提升其性能并降低能耗具有重要意义。为了提升磁选效率,首先根据磁过滤器的结构探讨其磁场特性及评价指标,其次基于响应曲面法通过4因素3水平响应曲面实验得出磁链磁感应强度的多元二次回归方程,并由方差分析验证了其有效性。最后,选择影响磁选效率的因素作为自变量,由响应曲面分析获取交互影响因素以及符合工业一次性分选的最佳工艺组合并由实验分析得到磁极间隙、磁极直径、磁棒水平速度影响显著,磁棒长度影响不显著的结论。At present,due to the unreasonable magnetic structure of the rod-type magnetic filter and the low magnetic separation efficiency,environmental pollution and resource consumption are serious.It is of great significance to optimize the performance of the process parameters and reduce the energy consumption.First,the magnetic field characteristics and evaluation indexes are discussed according to the structure of the magnetic filter.Based on the response surface method,the multiple two regression equation of magnetic flux magnetic induction intensity is obtained by 4 factors and 3 horizontal response surface experiments,and its effectiveness is verified by the variance analysis.Secondly,the factors that affect the efficiency of magnetic separation are selected as independent variables,and the interaction factors and the best process combination are obtained by response surface analysis.Finally,through experiments,the magnetic pole gap,the magnetic pole diameter,the horizontal velocity of the magnetic bar are significantly affected,and the influence of the length of the magnetic bar is not significant.
