就业力提升视角下高校课堂教学模式改革探析——以经济管理类大学生为例

摘　　要：课堂是人才培养的主要渠道,所以课堂教学对教学质量有直接的、非常重要的影响。文章基于高校教育改革的大背景,以经济管理类专业为例,就其课堂教学现状及存在的问题进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出了转变教学观念、重塑高校课堂教学内容、创新教学方式、构建完善的实践教学体系以及优化课程设计等相应的对策建议,以期为经济管理类专业大学生人才培养及就业质量提升提供参考。Classroom is the main channel of talent training,so classroom teaching has a direct and very important impact on the quality of teaching.Based on the background of educational reform in colleges and universities,taking the major of economic management as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of their classroom teaching,and on this basis,we put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,such as changing the teaching concept,reshaping the classroom teaching content,innovating the teaching method,building a perfect practical teaching system and optimizing the curriculum design,in order to provide a reference for the economic management professional college students'talent training and employment quality improvement.
