摘　　要：自媒体时代下,高校网络舆情管控不容忽视。把党建引入学生公寓管理,占领大学生思想阵地,发挥既是高校网络舆情的参与者、同时也能够成为高校网络舆情的管控力量的高校学生党员这支特殊"队伍"的作用。本文通过对新媒体时代高校网络舆情特点的分析和高校网络舆情管控阻力的研究,试图尝试研究依托学生公寓党员工作站提高高校网络舆情管控能力,进而增强学生党员在高校网络舆情管控环节中的重要作用。In the era of self media,the control of network public opinion in Colleges and universities cannot be ignored.We should introduce party building into the management ofstudent apartments,occupy the ideological position of college students,and give full play to the role of the special"team"of college student party members who are not only the participants of college network public opinion,but also the control force of college network public opinion.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of network public opinion in colleges and universities in the new media era and the research on the resistance of network public opinion management and control in colleges and universities,this paper attemptsto study how to improve the ability of network public opinion management and control in colleges and universities by relying on the work station of Party members in student apartments,so as to enhance the important role of Party members in network public opinion management and control in colleges and universities.
