人工流产术后放置金属节育环的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究人工流产术后放置金属节育环的临床疗效。方法 62例行人工流产术的患者,采用随机分配法分为对照组和试验组,每组31例。对照组在人工流产术后月经干净后放置金属节育环,试验组在人工流产后即刻放置金属节育环。比较两组患者人工流产术中出血量和月经恢复时间、不良事件发生情况、临床治疗效果。结果两组患者人工流产术中出血量和月经恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率为74.19%,试验组治疗总有效率为96.77%,试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者不良事件发生率为29.03%,试验组患者不良事件发生率为6.45%,试验组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后即刻放置金属环的临床疗效确切,值得推荐。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of placing metal contraceptive ring after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 62 patients after artificial abortion were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was placed metal contraceptive ring after menstruation was clean after artificial abortion,and the experimental group was placed metal contraceptive ring immediately after artificial abortion.The amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,menstrual recovery time,occurrence of adverse events and clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in amount of intraoperative hemorrhage and menstrual recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the control group was 74.19%,which was 96.77%of the experimental group.The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the control group was 29.03%,which was 6.45%of the experimental group.The incidence of adverse events of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of placing the metal contraceptive ring immediately after artificial abortion is definite and it is worthy of recommendation.
