雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究皮炎湿疹患者采用雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗的临床效果。方法 50例皮炎湿疹患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。观察组患者采用雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗,对照组患者采用咪唑斯汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后炎症因子水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者IL-2(133.05±4.38)ng/L、IL-6(11.47±1.08)ng/L及CRP(7.64±0.28)mg/L均低于对照组的(212.34±9.84)ng/L、(25.94±1.86)ng/L、(11.04±0.98)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗皮炎湿疹能降低患者炎症反应,提高整体疗效并改善预后效果,加速疾病康复,具有较高的安全性,值得借鉴。Objective To study the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine in treating dermatitis and eczema.Methods A total of 50 patients with dermatitis and eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine,and the control group was treated by mizolastine.The inflammatory factors level before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and IL-2(133.05±4.38)ng/L,IL-6(11.47±1.08)ng/L and CRP(7.64±0.28)mg/L of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(212.34±9.84)ng/L,(25.94±1.86)ng/L and(11.04±0.98)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with mizolastine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema can reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the overall effects and improve the prognosis,accelerate the disease recovery with high safety,which is worthy of reference.
