摘　　要：目的观察排膜汤对引产后胎膜不全的影响.方法选取引产后胎膜不全患者62例(2017年4月—2018年10月),随机分为缩宫素治疗的对照组(31例)与缩宫素联合排膜汤治疗的观察组(31例),观察患者治疗效果、临床情况改善时间、心理状态.结果与对照组(74.19%)相比,观察组患者总有效率(93.55%)明显较高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的临床症状改善时间均优于对照组,P<0.05.治疗前2组心理状态对比,P>0.05.治疗后观察组SAS评分(49.17±2.15)分、SDS评分(47.11±2.04)均低于对照组,P<0.05.结论在引产后胎膜不全治疗中应用排膜汤,能提高患者治疗效果,改善临床症状,使其尽快恢复健康,改善不良心理状态,具有较高的临床应用价值.Objective To observe the effect of Paimo decoction on incomplete fetal membranes after induced labor.Methods 62 patients(from April 2017 to October 2018)with PROM were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases)treated with oxytocin and the observation group(31 cases)treated with oxytocin combined with Paimo decoction.The therapeutic effect,clinical improvement time and psychological state of the patients were observed.Result Compared with the control group(74.19%),the total effective rate of the observation group(93.55%)was significantly higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference on mental state between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SAS score(49.17±2.15)and SDS score(47.11±2.04)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Paimo decoction in the treatment of incomplete fetal membrane after induced labor can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms,make it recover to health as soon as possible,improve the bad psychological state,and has a high clinical application value.
