耳穴压豆配合穴位按摩在慢性胃炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆配合穴位按摩在慢性胃炎患者中的应用效果.方法选择2017年8月—2019年8月收治的慢性胃炎患者50例,根据盲抽法将其分为对照组(24例)和观察组(26例).对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用耳穴压豆配合穴位按摩.比较2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分.结果干预7 d后,2组SAS评分均较干预前低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预7 d后,2组NRS评分均较干预前低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论耳穴压豆配合穴位按摩可有效缓解慢性胃炎患者疼痛度、改善其心理状况.Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint massage in chronic gastritis patients. Methods From August 2017 to August 2019, 50 patients with chronic gastritis were selected, which were divided into control group(24 cases) and observation group(26 cases) according to blind sampling. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group used auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint massage on this basis. The anxiety self-rating scale(SAS) and the pain number scoring method(NRS) were compared. Results After 7 days of intervention, the SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 7 days of intervention, the NRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing combined with acupoint massage can effectively relieve the pain of chronic gastritis and improve its psychological status.
