摘　　要：随着生产现代化水平的不断提升,目前化工企业对于设备机组的整体质量提出了更高的要求。大型压缩机机组作为精密度较高、运行负荷较高的设备类型,其经常需要连续不间断的高强度工作,所以离不开科学的运维管理,确保设备的整体效率与效果。大型压缩机机组在化工生产中属于重要的压缩设备,该类型的设备在化工生产中具有广泛的应用。一般情况下,高强度运行条件下压缩机常常处于高负荷条件,此时很容易出现故障,所以大型压缩机机组的维护与管理尤其关键。本文首先介绍了大型压缩机机组的运维前期准备工作,其次探讨了大型压缩机机组维护与管理的途径,最后探讨了大型压缩机机组的维护管理的注意事项,希望可以为行业的稳定高速发展创造良好的条件。With the continuous improvement of production modernization level,chemical enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the overall quality of equipment units.As a type of equipment with high precision and high operating load,large compressor units often work continuously and high-intensity,so they need scientific operation and maintenance management,so as to ensure the overall efficiency and effect of the equipment.Large compressor units are important compression equipment in chemical production,and this type of equipment is widely used in chemical production.Under normal circumstances,compressors under high-intensity operation conditions are often in high-load state,which is prone to failure,so the maintenance and management of large compressor units is particularly crucial.This paper first introduces the preparatory work for the operation and maintenance of large compressor units,then discusses the ways of maintenance and management of large compressor units,and finally discusses the matters needing attention in the maintenance and management of large compressor units,hoping to create favorable conditions for the stable and high-speed development of the industry.
