摘  要:镀铬层是一种常用的镀种,已在钢铁、铜合金、锌合金、塑胶等基材上得到广泛的应用,但六价铬镀铬仍是当前主流的镀铬工艺。由于六价铬是著名的人类致癌物,所以开发先进的无六价铬镀铬工艺,尤其是三价铬镀铬新技术,革除六价铬镀铬工艺,从源头上解决六价铬的危害,已成为电镀行业迫切需要解决的技术难题,具有重要的实际意义。本文采用赫尔槽实验和小槽挂镀实验等方法,研究了硫酸盐三价铬镀铬镀液组成和工艺条件,可望为三价铬镀铬提供新数据。Chromium plating is a common type of plating,has been widely used in steel,copper alloy,zinc alloy,plastic and other substrates,but hexavalent chromium plating is still the mainstream of the current chromium plating process.Since hexavalent chromium is a famous carcinogen in human beings,it is of great practical significance to develop advanced technology of non-hexavalent chromium plating,especially the new technology of trivalent chromium plating,to eliminate the hexavalent chromium plating technology and solve the harm of hexavalent chromium from the source.In this paper,the composition and process conditions of the sulfate trivalent chromium plating bath were studied by means of hull tank experiment and small tank hanging plating experiment,which may provide new data for trivalent chromium plating.
