摘 要:柴油作为国民经济发展的重要能源资源,其性能的优劣直接关系到机动车运行的经济性和安全性,针对目前柴油内硫元素含量高,柴油燃烧时的能效比低、污染大、经济性差的缺陷,本文提出以柴油为原料,对不同温度、不同氢油体积比、不同氢分压情况下的柴油脱硫加氢反应效果进行分析,根据实验验证表明统一液态空速下,柴油的加氢脱硫效果和反应温度、氢分压、氢油体积均成正比,对于提升柴油脱硫加氢反应效率,降低柴油内的硫含量,提升柴油品质具有十分重要的意义。As an important energy resource for national economic development,the performance of diesel oil is directly related to the economy and safety of motor vehicles.Aiming at the defects of high sulfur content in diesel oil,low energy efficiency ratio when it is burning,heavy pollution and poor economy,this paper takes diesel oil as raw material,analyzes the desulfurization and hydrogenation reaction effect of diesel oil under different temperature,hydrogen-oil volume ratio and hydrogen partial pressure.The experimental results show that the hydrodesulfurization effect of diesel oil is proportional to the reaction temperature,hydrogen partial pressure and hydrogen-oil volume at a uniform liquid space velocity,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of desulfurization and hydrogenation reaction of diesel oil,reducing the sulfur content in diesel oil and improving the quality of diesel oil.
