摘　　要：论述了再生资源产业演进的轨迹、动力和机制。再生资源产业演进呈现出分工深化的特征,从行业分工、到产业分工、到体系分工再到模块分工。动力表面上来自于宏观形势的变化,但是其深层次的原因则来自于企业获取收益、规避风险及自我提升发展的动力。而动力机制来自于政府与市场的交替主导作用。This paper discussed the evolution track,incentives and mechanism of the recycling industry.The evolution of the recycling industry presents the characteristics of labor division deepening,from division of category,division of industry,system division and module division.The incentives appear to come from the change of the macro situation,but the underlying reason is the motive power of the enterprise to obtain profits,avoid risks and self-promotion.The incentive mechanism comes from the power alternation of government and market.
