摘 要:小电流接地系统在发生接地故障时,为了防止故障范围扩大,需要快速选择故障线路并跳开。传统的小电流接地故障选线方法存在故障特征不显著的难点,使用暂态零序电流作为特征参量,利用接地故障发生时接地相暂态零序电流极性特点,提出了基于分段仿射传播聚类的小电流接地选线法。首先,在故障发生时提取各线路暂态零序电流波形。其次,使用本文提出的分段仿射传播聚类算法,形成各线路暂态零序电流波形的聚类结果代码,进而通过离散度分析识别出故障线路。最后,基于RTDS系统进行了仿真试验。试验结果表明:本文提出的故障选线算法可以准确识别故障线路,具有较高的鲁棒性。In the case of a ground fault in a small current grounding system,and in order to prevent the extension of fault range,it is necessary to quickly select the fault line and trip it.The traditional fault line selection method for small current grounding has the problem of insignificant fault characteristics.In view of this,the paper uses transient zero-sequence current as the characteristic parameter,and employs the characteristics of ground phase transient zero-sequence current polarity when ground fault occurs to propose a small current grounding line selection method based on piecewise affine propagation clustering.Firstly,the transient zero-sequence current waveform of each line is extracted when the fault occurs.Secondly,the piecewise affine propagation clustering algorithm proposed in this paper is used to form the clustering result code of transient zero-sequence current waveform of each line,and then the fault line is identified through dispersion analysis.Finally,the paper carries out simulation experiments based on RTDS system.The test results show that the fault line selection algorithm proposed in this paper can accurately identify fault lines and has high robustness.
