摘 要:输电线路铁塔在电网中起着载流、承载和保护的作用,关系到整个电网的安全运行。以某输电线路锈蚀严重的铁塔角钢为研究对象,进行外观检测、力学分析、材质分析、金相分析、锈蚀产物形貌及物相分析。实验结果表明:腐蚀角钢存在腐蚀减薄现象且远超相关标准要求;角钢原材料的机械性能和化学成分符合标准要求;腐蚀产物中含有铁的各种氧化物、羟基氧化物和水合氧化物,表明造成该地区铁塔塔材腐蚀的主要原因为原电池反应。Transmission-line tower plays the role of current-carrying,bearing and protection in power grid,which is related to the safe operation of the whole power grid.This paper takes the tower angle iron with severe corrosion of a transmission line as the research object,and carries out the analysis on the appearance detection,mechanical analysis,material analysis,metallographic analysis,the morphology and phase of corrosion products.The experimental results show that the corrosion thinning phenomenon exists in the corrosion angle iron and it is far beyond the relevant standard requirements,that the mechanical properties and chemical composition of angle iron meet the standard requirements,and that the corrosion products contain various oxides of iron,hydroxyl oxides and hydrated oxides,indicating that the main reason for the corrosion of tower materials in this area is the galvanic cell reaction.
