苏州跨境电商产业发展现状、问题及对策探析

摘　　要：通过深入分析文献资料,总结了苏州跨境电商的发展现状,发现苏州跨境电商综合试验区线上服务平台运营成效显著、跨境电商龙头企业的培育初现成效、制度性创新举措支持跨境电商发展、B2B出口业务稳中提质、B2C出口业务取得突破式发展;在此基础上,进一步分析了苏州跨境电商发展中存在的问题;最后提出了相应的发展对策,认为苏州应对跨境电商产业进行深入调研,加大扶持力度,重点培育发展较好的平台企业;优化跨境电商生态环境,吸引和集聚相关服务资源;依托板块产业,推动跨境电商产业实现高水平集聚;加强跨境电商人才培养力度等,以助推跨境电商产业实现跨越式发展。Through in-depth analysis of literature,this paper summarizes the development status of cross-border e-commerce in Suzhou,and finds that the online service platform in Suzhou cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area has achieved remarkable results,the cultivation of leading enterprises of cross-border e-commerce has achieved initial results,institutional innovation measures support cross-border e-commerce development,B2B export business stability and quality improvement,and B2C export business has achieved breakthrough development,this paper further analyzes the problems existing in the development of cross-border e-commerce in Suzhou,and finally puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.It holds that Suzhou should conduct in-depth research on the cross-border e-commerce industry,increase support,and focus on cultivating well-developed platform enterprises;optimize the ecological environment of cross-border e-commerce,attract and gather relevant service resources;rely on the plate industry,promote the cross-border e-commerce industry to achieve high water level to promote the cross-border e-commerce industry to achieve leapfrog development,we should strengthen the training of cross-border e-commerce talents.
