摘　　要：中国是海洋渔业大国,但随着经济全球化的加深,我国海洋渔业也面临着更严峻的考验。本文运用"八要素"模型,从生产要素、需求条件和市场竞争结构、相关与支持性产业、企业组织和发展战略、产业生命周期、政府行为六方面定性分析中国海洋渔业的国际竞争力影响因素,并利用2002-2017年的统计数据进行实证分析,得出具体主要影响因素是基础设施、城市居民的人均可支配收入、劳动力、技术,其中城市居民的人均可支配收入对我国海洋渔业国际竞争力的影响是负向关系,其余为正向关系,并据此提出了针对性建议,来提高中国海洋渔业国际竞争力水平。China is a big country of marine fishery. The marine fishery plays an important role in the development of our national economy, and it plays an indispensable role in income generation, employment and food security. Chinese marine fisheries are developing rapidly and have a place in the international field. With the deepening of economic globalization, Chinese marine fisheries are also facing a more severe test and fierce international competition. It is necessary to study the specific factors that affect the international competitiveness of Chinese marine fisheries. This paper uses the "eight elements" model and the regression model to analyze the factors influencing the international competitiveness of China’s marine fisheries qualitatively and empirically. The main influencing factors are pointed out to improve the international competitiveness of China’s marine fisheries.
