摘  要:本文针对铬铁粉矿烧结温度偏高难题,以钙化提钒尾渣作添加剂,研究其对铬矿烧结工艺影响,实验结果表明,钙化提钒尾渣作添加剂有利于铬铁粉矿烧结,铬铁粉矿最低烧结温度由未加添加剂的1450℃降到添加钙化提钒尾渣的1300℃左右,节能效果明显。由此可见,采用钙化提钒尾渣作添加剂,低温烧结铬铁粉矿是可能的。To solve the problem of high sintering temperature,the study on the effect of calcified vanadium tailings as additive agent on the sintering of chromite,the experimental result show that calcified vanadium tailings as additive agent is advantageous to the sintering of chromite ores.The sintering temperature reduced to 1300℃,instead of 1450℃when the sintering without calcified vanadium tailings as additive agent.The saving energy effect of calcified vanadium tailings as additive agent on the sintering of chromit is very obvious.It is knowned that low temperature sintering of chromite is possible.
