探究前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎的患者在进行经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗后取得的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗对前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效分析。方法:将在某院泌尿科近期(2013年1月~2019年1月时期)收治前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎为诊断的患者总计60例,随机数字法分成对照组与电汽组各30例,其中对照组采取常规经尿道电切术,电汽组采取经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果,并发症发生率。结果:电汽组与对照组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为93.33%、73.33%,电汽组与对照组患者术后并发症发生率分别为3.33%、23.33%(P<0.05)。结论:在前列腺增生症合并慢性前列腺炎患者中,采取经尿道前列腺电汽化治疗,可明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,减少患者术后并发症的发生,效果理想。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with chronic prostatitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis treated in a hospital from January 2013 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and electro-vaporization group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional transurethral resection and the electro-vaporization group was treated with transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate.The clinical effect and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 93.33%in the electro-vapor group and 73.33%in the control group,and the incidence of complications was 3.33%in the electro-vaporization group and 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis,and the effect is ideal.
