奥曲肽对急性弥漫性腹膜炎术后胃肠功能恢复和并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥曲肽对促进急性弥漫性腹膜炎患者术后胃肠功能恢复与降低并发症发生率的应用价值。方法:严格遵照随机原则从某院于2015年1月~2018年6月接收的众多急性弥漫性腹膜炎患者中选择70例作为本次实验研究对象,并依照术后治疗方案的不同分别分为相对应的两组进行区别性治疗(传统组:兰索拉唑;分析组:兰索拉唑+奥曲肽),而后由参与本次研究的临床观察小组就两组患者的临床疗效、胃肠功能恢复情况以及并发症发生率与胃液量情况进行对比分析。结果:综合研究结果可知,在上述一系列临床相关指标中分析组患者均优于传统组患者,且两者相关数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,分析组患者的临床治疗总有效率与并发症总发生率分别为97.14%和5.72%,传统组患者的临床治疗总有效率与并发症总发生率分别为80.00%和22.88%。结论:在采用兰索拉唑对急性弥漫性腹膜炎患者进行术后治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽,不仅能够进一步提升临床疗效,确保胃液量正常分泌,并且还可在促进其胃肠功能的同时最小化并发症发生率,值得临床大力借鉴与推广。Objective:To explore the application value of octreotide in promoting postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and reducing the incidence of complications in patients with acute diffuse peritonitis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute diffuse peritonitis admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as subjects in this study and divided into two groups according to the different treatment plan(traditional group:lansoprazole,analysis group:lansoprazole+octreotide).The clinical efficacy,recovery of gastrointestinal function,incidence of complications,and the gastric fluid volume in the two groups were compared.Results:According to the results of the comprehensive study,the patients in the analysis group were superior to those in the traditional group in the above series of clinical indicators,and the differences in the relevant data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the total clinical efficacy and the total incidence of complications in the analysis group was 97.14%and 5.72%,respectively,while the total clinical otal clinical efficacy and the total incidence of complications in the traditional group was 80.00%and 22.88%,respectively.Conclusion:On the basis of the postoperative treatment of patients with acute diffuse peritonitis with lansoprazole,the addition of octreotide can not only further improve the clinical efficacy,ensure the normal secretion of gastric fluid,but also promote the gastrointestinal function and minimize the incidence of complications,which is worthy of great clinical reference and promotion.
