摘　　要：公共图书馆服务体系建设中,提供均等化、社会化服务是重要目标之一。嘉兴市图书馆基于建设目标与发展现状,采用政府购买服务方式运营汽车流动图书馆,开始社会化服务的尝试。嘉兴汽车图书馆积极引入社会力量的同时保持图书馆工作的专业性,并通过实践更大程度挖掘社会化运作的优势与潜能,探索了业务外包管理、服务点与环境设备确定、文献资源管理、阅读推广服务的社会化服务管理模式,取得了显著成效,为探索公共图书馆发展,深化体系建设制度化、标准化提供了实践经验。In the construction of the service system of public library,equal and socialized service supply is one of the crucial targets.Based on construction targets and development current situation,Jiaxing Library leads the industry in socialized service by constructing an automobile library by the way of government-purchasing service.Jiaxing Library cooperates with other institutions actively while maintains its professionalism through practice it has dugout the advantages and potential of socialized operation.It explores the benefits of socialized operation by employing outsourcing services,identifying serving stations and equipment,managing literature resources and promoting reading activities.The practice serves as a stepping stone for the exploration of public library development,making system more standardized and institutionalized.
