鹿瓜多肽注射液穴位注射联合肩三针针刺治疗原发性冻结肩临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨鹿瓜多肽注射液穴位注射联合肩三针针刺治疗原发性冻结肩的临床疗效。方法:选取100例原发性冻结肩患者,随机分成对照组50例和治疗组50例,对照组给予肩三针针刺治疗,每天1次;治疗组给予鹿瓜多肽注射液穴位注射联合肩三针针刺治疗,两种治疗交替进行,隔天1次。两组治疗时间均为14天。对治疗前和治疗后两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分进行评价,并统计两组病例的疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS评分低于治疗前,Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分高于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液穴位注射联合肩三针针刺治疗原发性冻结肩,能改善患者的肩关节功能、减轻关节疼痛,疗效优于单独进行肩三针针刺治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the effects of cervus and cucumis polypeptide acupoint injection combined with three-shoulder-needles acupuncture in the treatment of primary frozen shoulder(PFS).Methods:A total of 100 PFS patients were included in the research,50 of which were randomly assigned to test group,the rest as control group.Control group was given three-shoulder-needles acupuncture treatment once a day.Test group was given either cervus and cucumis polypeptide acupoint injection or three-shoulder-needles acupuncture treatments during the study,with two treatments alternated every day.The time of treatment lasted for 14 days.Visual Analogue Scales(VAS),Constant-Murley scores and clinical effects were assessed before and after treatments.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores were obviously declined and Constant-Murley scores were increased in both groups(P<0.01).Lower VAS and higher Costant-Murley scores were observed in the test group,comparing with the control group(P<0.05).Treatment efficiency in the test group was significantly higher than control(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cervus and cucumis polypeptide acupoint injection combined with three-shoulder-needles acupuncture treatments on PFS patients can obviously alleviate the pain of shoulder joints and enhance shoulder functions,with better treatment effects comparing with three-shoulder-needles acupuncture treatment alone.This new treatment is worthy of promoting on clinical application.
