摘　　要：目的:探讨氯雷他定辅助治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:收集2014年7月~2017年9月间在我院接受治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者78例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者接受常规治疗+氯雷他定辅助治疗。对比两组患者的疗效及免疫功能的差异。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者血清中Th1细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的含量高于对照组患者,Th2细胞因子白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)的含量低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者血清中免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:过敏性鼻炎患者接受氯雷他定辅助治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,改善机体免疫功能。Objective:To study the treatment efficacy of loratadine and its influence on immune function in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods:78 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital during July 2014 to September 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 39 cases.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment,and those in observation group with additional loratadine adjuvant therapy.The curative effect and immune function between two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Higher serum Th1 cytokines such as IFN-γ,TNF-α,and lower Th2 cytokines such as IL-4,IL-10 were found in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Immunoglobulin such as IgE,IgA,IgM,IgG were lower in the observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Loratadine can improve the treatment effect in patients with allergic rhinitis,and optimize the immune status.
