摘  要:随着使用需求的提高,电子设备的使用环境更加恶劣,对于电子设备在极端环境下的可靠运行提出了更高的要求,通过加热的方式提高设备的使用环境温度是解决问题的直接方式。采用固定安装于标准7U可搬移箱中某型工作站作为试验对象,通过加热试验的方式,记录箱体加热性能和工作站开启状态,用以验证工作站在低温-40℃环境条件下通过可搬移加热实现启动方案的可行性,并测试加热所需时间。试验结果表明,在-40℃环境下,采用400 W加热器加热32 min即可使工作站的CPU温度升至-10℃,满足其使用条件,验证了加热方案的可行性。With the increasing of demand for usage,the using environment of electronic devices has becoming more severe,and higher requirements have been proposed on the reliable operation of electronic devices in extreme environments.It was a direct way to solve the problem by heating the device to increase the ambient temperature of the device.By using the workstation fixed in the standard 7U removable chassis as the test object,the heating performance of the chassis and the opening state of the workstation were recorded by the test heating,which was used to verity the feasibility of the workstation that realizing the starting scheme through the chassis heating under-40℃ low temperature environment conditions,and tested the time required for heating.The experimental results showed that the workstation’s CPU could be increased to-10℃ by heating with heater of 400 W and 32 minute under-40℃ environment.It met the using condition,and verified feasibility of the heating scheme.
