制造强省战略背景下江西制造业重点领域及发展路径选择--基于灰色关联投影和障碍因子诊断模型

摘　　要：采用灰色关联投影和障碍因子诊断模型对江西制造业重点产业选择及发展路径进行分析,结果表明:研究期内制造业综合竞争力呈“V”型变化,但回升速度较慢;综合竞争力排名靠前的产业基本稳定,但相对地位有所变化,制造业转型升级通过产业地位相对变化而实现;江西应将非金属矿物制品业等12个重点产业作为制造强省建设的主攻方向;制约江西制造业发展的障碍因子主要集中在经济创造和社会贡献两个领域,而且经济创造领域的障碍因子在综合竞争力不同的产业间分布具有异质性,综合竞争力不同的产业应该采取差异化的发展路径。江西应通过明确制造业发展战略、实行差异化产业促进政策及鼓励劳动力向制造业流动助推制造业高质量发展。This paper selectsthe key industries of Jiangxi manufacturing industry,as well asanalyzes its development path by using the grey relational projection comprehensive evaluation model and obstacle factor diagnosis model.The results show that the comprehensive competitiveness of Jiangxi manufacturing industry changes in a V-shape curve during the study period,but the comprehensive competitiveness rises slowly.The industries with high comprehensive competitiveness are basically stable,but their relative status has changed from 2013 to 2017,which indicates that the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is achieved through the relative change of industrial status.According to this paper,twelve key industries are selectedas the main direction of building a strong manufacturing province forJiangxi such as non-metallic mineral productsetc.The mainobstacle factors of restricting the development of Jiangxi manufacturing industry are the economic creation and social contribution,and the obstacle factors are heterogeneous among the different industries according to their comprehensive competitiveness in the economic creation field,so distinguisheddevelopment path are neededfor the manufacturing industries with different comprehensive competitiveness.The findings have implications for the government toformulate development strategy of manufacturing industry,implement differentiated industry promotion policy and encourage labor force to flow to manufacturing industry so as to achieve the high-quality development for manufacturing industry of Jiangxi.
