摘　　要：结垢物是炼化企业生产装置运行过程中因物料结晶聚合、设备腐蚀等原因产生的固体物质。随着结垢物的积聚并附着在装置的某些部位,会严重影响装置的安全、平稳、长周期运行,甚至会产生灾难性的后果。对东北某大型石化基地近三年来收集到的192个结垢物进行专业剖析,分析其化学组成,研究结垢物产生的位置及物料的种类,确定了结垢物产生的原因,并提出了预防措施。Scale is an unidentified solid substance produced by polymerization of materials and corrosion of equipment during the operation of a refinery plant. It accumulates and attaches to some parts of the device, which seriously affects the safety, stability, long-term operation of the device, and even produces disastrous consequences. In this paper, 192 scale samples collected in a large petrochemical plant in Northeast China in the past three years were analyzed. Chemical compositions as well as the location of scale and the types of materials were studied. The causes of scale were determined. Moreover, measures for control and prevention were put forward.
