摘　　要：目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA管理方法在提高早产儿专案管理率中的应用研究。方法运用FOCUS-PDCA管理方法,通过查找(Find)、组织(Organize)、明确(Clarify)、理解(Understand)、选择(Select)、计划(Plan)、实施(Do)、查检(Check)和执行(Act)等9个步骤加强我院早产儿管理,选取2016年1月—2017年12月在我院出生的早产儿,调查时间为2017年1月—2018年12月的早产儿管理情况。调查早产儿专案管理率=(年度本院早产儿专案管理人数/同期本院内1岁以下早产儿数)×100%。统计本年度辖区内1岁以下早产儿数为分母,其中早产儿专案管理人数为分子。比较对策实施前后2017—2018年我院出生的早产儿专案管理率变化,并运用统计学方法对结果进行分析。结果早产儿专案管理率由活动前89.66%提升到93.18%。结论运用FOCUS-PDCA方法可以提高早产儿专案管理率。Objective To improve the project management rate of premature infants by the management method of FOCUS-PDCA.Methods The management of premature infants in a hospital was strengthened by using FOCUS-PDCA management method.Through 9 steps including find,organize,clarify,understand,select,plan,do,check and act,the management of premature infants in our hospital was strengthened.The preterm infants born in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 was selected,and the management of preterm infants was investigated from January 2017 to December 2018.The rate of premature infant project management=(annual number of premature infant project management in our hospital/same)was investigated.The number of premature infants under 1 year old in our hospital)×100%.According to statistics,the number of preterm infants under 1 year old in this year's jurisdiction was the denominator,and the number of preterm infants under project management was the numerator.The changes of the management rate of premature infants from 2017 to 2018 before and after the implementation of the countermeasures were compared and analyzed.Results The project management rate of premature infants increased from 89.66%to 93.18%,and reached the goal.Conclusion This management method could help us to improve the project management rate of premature infants.
