抗菌药物不良反应分析与合理应用探讨

摘　　要：目的分析广西医科大学附属武鸣医院(以下简称“我院”)抗菌药物的不良反应规律和特点。方法对我院2018年1月—2019年12月抗菌药物药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)病例报告进行回顾性分析。结果我院报告的抗菌药物ADR病例中排名前5位的依次为注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠、注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠、注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾、盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液、注射用头孢呋辛钠,给药途径均为静脉注射,抗菌药物ADR主要表现为瘙痒、皮疹、白细胞下降等,发生ADR后及时停药并积极对症处理,患者均有所好转。结论抗菌药物ADR的发生与药物类别、给药途径及患者性别、年龄等多种因素有关,应规范、合理应用抗菌药物,降低ADR风险。Objective To analyze the adverse drug reactions(ADRs)of antibiotics in Wuming Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University.Methods The case reports of ADR in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The top 5 cases of ADR reported by our hospital were piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection,cefoperazone sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for injection,amoxicillin sodium and clavulanate potassium for injection,levofloxacin hydrochloride injection and cefuroxime sodium for injection,all of which were administered intravenously.ADR mainly manifested pruritus,rash and leucocyte After ADR,the drug was stopped in time and the patients were treated positively.Conclusion The occurrence of ADR is related to many factors,such as drug type,administration route,sex and age of patients,etc.the use of ADR should be standardized and reasonable to reduce the risk of ADR.
