摘　　要：目的本文主要研究针刺结合冲击波治疗相较于常规针刺结合牵引治疗在神经根型颈椎病患者治疗中的应用情况。方法选取2018年3月—2019年9月间于我院住院治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者共计76例,将入组患者以随机数字表法均分为观察组及对照组,每组各38例。对照组运用常规针刺结合颈椎牵引疗法,观察组采用针刺结合冲击波治疗。比较两组患者治疗4周后VAS评分、压顶试验疼痛评分及正中神经F波传导速度。结果两组治疗前各指标间无明显差异,治疗后观察组VAS评分(t=8.883,P=0.000)、压顶试验疼痛评分(t=7.934,P=0.000)及正中神经F波传导速度(t=14.642,P=0.000)均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义。结论针刺结合冲击波治疗相较于常规针刺结合牵引治疗在神经根型颈椎病患者治疗中的应用效果更好,值得推广。Objective To study the application of acupuncture combined with shock wave therapy in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 76 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with cervical traction,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with shock wave.After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score,the compression test pain score,and the median nerve F-wave velocity between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,there were statistically significant in the VAS score(t=8.883,P=0.000),pressure test pain score(t=7.934,P=0.000)and median nerve F wave conduction velocity(t=14.642,P=0.000)between two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with shock wave therapy is more effective in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and it is worth promoting.
