综合护理对老年高血压脑出血的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对老年高血压脑出血患者实施综合护理的效果。方法2018年1月—2019年3月本院选取70例患者为研究对象,分成两组,即研究组与对照组各35例,两组均予以对症治疗,期间予以对照组实施常规护理,予以研究组实施综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果干预后研究组SBP、DBP与NIHSS评分分别为(122.26±11.28)mmHg、(84.42±8.12)mmHg、(13.17±1.86)分,对照组分别为(132.26±12.46)mmHg、(91.15±8.96)mmHg、(18.54±2.16)分,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组ADL评分为(86.69±8.45)分,明显高于对照组(82.21±8.13)分的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总满意率为97.14%,明显高于对照组80.00%的总满意率(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压脑出血患者实施综合护理干预可取得满意的效果,提高患者满意率。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,70 patients were randomly selected as the research objects in our hospital and divided into two groups,there were 35 cases in the study group and the control group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment,while the control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given comprehensive nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,SBP,DBP and NIHSS scores of the study group were(122.26±11.28)mmHg,(84.42±8.12)mmHg and(13.17±1.86)scores,respectively,while those of the control group were(132.26±12.46)mmHg,(91.15±8.96)mmHg and(18.54±2.16)scores,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ADL score of the study group was(86.69±8.45),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.21±8.13),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can achieve satisfactory results and improve the satisfaction rate of elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
