摘  要:为了研究超细钢渣粉对水泥浆体流变特性的影响,实验制备了中值粒径分别为5.0μm和3.3μm的超细钢渣粉,探究超细钢渣粉粒度和掺量对水泥浆体流变特性的影响规律。结果表明,超细钢渣的掺入显著降低了超细钢渣-水泥复合体系的流动度,当掺入量为30%时其流动度基本丧失。超细钢渣-水泥复合浆体仍属于Bingham流体,且存在明显的剪切稀化现象,超细钢渣的粒径降低会导致屈服应力、塑性粘度升高,最大增幅分别为87.3%和276.7%。机械搅拌可明显降低浆体的表观粘度,40%的3.3μm超细钢渣取代水泥的样品经过480 s的均速剪切,其表观粘度从4.29167 Pa·s降至2.80769 Pa·s,这预示着在实际应用中可以延长搅拌时间来缓解超细钢渣掺入后对工作特性带来的不利影响。In order to research the influence of superfine steel slag powder(SSSP)on cement paste rheological properties,SSSP with median particle diameter of 5.0μm and 3.3μm was manufactured.The influences of fineness and dosage of SSSP on the rheological characteristic of SSSP-cement pastes were investigated.The results show that with the addition of SSSP,the fluidity of composite cement paste decreases dramatically.When 30%cement is replaced,its fluidity vanishes.Composite pastes with SSSP-cement still belongs to the Bingham fluid,which shows prominent shear-thinning phenomena.With the decrease of median particle diameter of SSSP,yield value of stress and plastic viscosity increase,amplification of which are 87.3%and 276.7%respectively.Apparent viscosity can be obviously reduced by mechanical agitation.When 40%cement is replaced by 3.3μm SSSP,after 480 s uniform shear its apparent viscosity reduces from 4.29167 Pa·s to 2.80769 Pa·s,which indicate that it may mitigate the adverse effect of SSSP by extending mixing time.
