摘  要:金尾矿的化学成分虽与粉煤灰相似,但矿物组成差异较大,很难直接用作混凝土矿物掺合料。通过对金尾矿进行化学激发和热激发,探究了激发剂掺量、比例,以及热处理温度对金尾矿活性的影响。结果表明,单掺Ca(OH)2的激发效果较好,掺量为1%时28 d活性指数可达80%,复掺Ca(OH)2和Na 2SiO 3两种激发剂效果明显优于单掺,28 d活性指数最高可达86.2%。热激发对金尾矿3 d活性指数提升不明显,对28 d活性指数提升显著,热处理温度450℃时活性指数可达84.1%。联合采用化学激发与热激发时,可将金尾矿活性指数提升至92%~93%。激发后的金尾矿活性较高,可用作混凝土矿物掺合料。The chemical composition of gold tailings is similar to fly ash,but the mineral constituent is quite different,so that the gold tailings are difficult to be used as concrete mineral admixture directly.Through adding chemical activators and heating,the effects of dosages and proportions of activators and heating temperature on the reactivity of gold tailings were investigated.The results show that 1%Ca(OH)2 as single activator has better activation effect,and the reactivity index reaches 80%.The effects of the composite activators with Ca(OH)2 plus Na 2SiO 3 are obviously better than single activator,and the 28 d reactivity index reaches up to 86.2%.Heat treatment does not significantly increase 3 d reactivity index of gold tailings,but heat treatment at 450℃increases 28 d reactivity index to 84.1%.The combination of two activation methods increases the reactivity index of gold tailings to 92%-93%.The activated gold tailings have higher reactivity and can be used as concrete mineral admixtures.
