摘 要:基于密实堆积理论设计配合比,对比相同体积分数的水泥-乳化沥青-标准砂(CAS)砂浆与水泥-乳化沥青-橡胶颗粒(CAR)砂浆的抗拉强度和断裂延伸率,并通过环境扫描电镜和能谱仪进行微观界面分析,对CAR砂浆的拉伸性能进行了研究。试验结果发现,CAR砂浆的7 d抗拉强度平均比CAS砂浆大9.09%,28 d抗拉强度大17.76%,3 d、7 d和28 d断裂延伸率均比CAS砂浆大70%以上。微观分析发现,在硬化CAS砂浆中,标准砂界面处出现了明显的气泡聚集层,孔隙多,相对薄弱,在硬化CAR砂浆中,橡胶颗粒界面处乳化沥青聚集,形成一个相对密实、强韧的界面过渡区。研究结果表明,水泥-乳化沥青-橡胶颗粒三元体系能协同工作,可以成为扩大废弃橡胶在土木工程中应用的一种处理方法。The mixing ratios of cement-emulsified asphalt-standard sand(CAS)mortars and cement-emulsified asphalt-rubber particle(CAR)mortars with the same aggregate volume fraction were designed based on the density accumulation theory.The microscopic interface analysis of the mortar was conducted with environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM)and energy dispersive spectrscopy(EDS)to study the emulsified asphalt to improve the tensile properties of CAR mortar.The test results showed that the 7 d tensile strength of CAR mortar was improved by about 9.09%than that of CAS mortar,and the 28 d tensile strength reached 17.76%higher.The 3 d,7 d and 28 d fracture elongation of CAR mortar were prolonged by about 70%than that of CAS mortar.Microscopic analysis showed that in the hardened CAS mortar,obvious bubble accumulation layer appeared at the interface of standard sand,with many pores and relatively weak pores.In hardened CAR mortar,emulsified asphalt aggregated at the interface of rubber particles to form a relatively dense and strong interfacial transition zone(ITZ).The above results support that the ternary system of cement-emulsified asphalt-rubber particles can work together and become a treatment method to expand the application of waste rubber in civil engineering.
