摘  要:为探究木焦油基再生沥青结(混)合料的低温抗裂性能,采用延度试验、弯曲蠕变劲度试验和半圆弯曲试验对70#基质沥青、木焦油基再生沥青和RA-102再生沥青及其混合料低温抗裂性能进行试验研究。结果表明,木焦油基再生剂对老化沥青的低温性能恢复效果略差于RA-102再生剂,但仍可满足规范要求。与基质沥青相比,木焦油基再生沥青的蠕变劲度更小、蠕变斜率更大,但其低温分级基本与基质沥青和RA-102再生沥青处于同一等级。木焦油基再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂性明显优于RA-102再生沥青混合料,但略差于基质沥青混合料。木焦油与生物质纤维的协同作用可与新沥青充分浸润,在有效缓解沥青与集料间黏结失效的同时提高了混合料的劲度,使再生沥青混合料低温下的韧性和抵御开裂能力明显提高。To research the low-temperature crack resistance of wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt binder and mixture,the low-temperature crack resistance of 70#matrix asphalt,wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt and RA-102 rejuvenated asphalt and their mixtures were studied by ductility test,bending creep stiffness test and semicircular bending test.The results show that the recovery effect of wood tar-based rejuvenator on the low-temperature performance of aged asphalt is slightly worse than RA-102 rejuvenator,but it meets the specification requirement.Compared with matrix asphalt,wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt has smaller creep stiffness and larger creep slope,but its low-temperature grade is basically the same as that of matrix asphalt and RA-102 rejuvenated asphalt.The low-temperature crack resistance of wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt mixture is better than that of RA-102 rejuvenated asphalt mixture while slightly worse than that of matrix asphalt mixture.The synergistic effect of wood tar and biomass fiber fully infiltrates with the new asphalt,which effectively alleviates the bonding failure between asphalt and aggregate and improves the stiffness of the mixture,so that the toughness and crack resistance of the rejuvenated asphalt mixture at low temperature are significantly improved.
