摘  要:为了明确烤烟井窖式移栽中“井窖”对烟草根结线虫数量的影响,跟踪测定“井窖”内与“非井窖”土壤温湿度差异,以及“井窖”内部和“非井窖”土壤根结线虫二龄幼虫数量动态变化趋势。结果表明,“井窖”内微环境的温度、水分含量相对稳定,外界日平均气温为4.15~13.63℃,“非井窖”土壤日平均温度为3.13~7.24℃,“井窖”口日平均温差在1.53~4.04℃;“井窖”土壤水分含量比“非井窖”平均高18.9%;5—8月“井窖”土壤根结线虫数量普遍高于“非井窖”土壤根结线虫数量,平均高2.67倍。In order to find out the effect of“well cellar”on the number of root knot nematodes in flue-cured tobacco well cellar transplanting,the difference of soil temperature and humidity,and dynamics of the second instar larvae of Meloidogyne incognita between“well cellar”and“non-well cellar”was measured.The result showed that the temperature and moisture were stable in the“well cellar”of the microenvironment.The daily average temperature change was 4.15-13.63℃ outside.The daily average temperature change was 3.13-7.24℃ in“non-well cellar”soil.The daily average temperature change was 1.53-4.04℃ in the edges of“well cellar”.The average moisture content in the soil of the“well cellar”was more than 18.9% of the“non-well cellar”soil.From May to August,the number of root knot nematodes in“well cellar”soil was generally higher than that in“non-well cellar”soil,with an average of 2.67 times higher.
