摘　　要：围绕新修订档案法"三个走向"要求,从走向现代化入手,分析政府数字化转型背景下城建档案收、存、用的变化,提出贯彻落实新修订档案法,实现城建档案数字化转型发展。其路径包括增量电子化、存量数据化、对外服务智能化,以及细化完善法律法规、高度重视档案安全、充实城建档案人才。Focusing on the"Three Trends"requirements of the newly revised Archives Law,starting with modernization,it analyzes the changes in the collection,storage and use of urban construction archives under the background of the government's digital transformation,and proposes to implement the newly revised archives law to realize the digital transformation and development of urban construction archives.The path includes incremental electronization,inventory datafication,service intellectualization,refinement and improvement of laws and regulations,attach great importance to archive security,and enrich urban construction archives talents.
