摘　　要：总结1例因十二指肠先天闭锁、小肠憩室、肠系膜发育不良、先天性肠旋转不良行十二指肠部分切除、空肠-空肠吻合术、肠粘连分离术、回肠造口术,术后发生失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)患儿的处理经验。护理要点:针对患儿的皮肤状况,应全面评估,整体护理,综合运用失禁护理方法,局部使用赛肤润液体敷料,能够起到局部保护皮肤,防止大便及尿液对皮肤的浸渍,促进受损皮肤修复的作用。同时,加强对患儿家属有针对性的健康教育尤为重要。经过21 d的护理,IAD患儿得以痊愈。To summarize the treatment experience of a child with incontinence associated dermatitis(IAD)after partial duodenectomy,jejunojejunostomy,intestinal adhesion separation and ileostomy due to congenital duodenal atresia,small intestinal diverticulum,mesenteric dysplasia and congenital intestinal malrotation.Nursing points:according to the skin condition of children,comprehensive evaluation,holistic nursing,comprehensive application of incontinence nursing methods should be carried out,and local use of Saifurun liquid dressing can play a local role in protecting the skin,preventing the infiltration of stool and urine on the skin,and promoting the repair of damaged skin.At the same time,it is particularly important to strengthen targeted health education for children's families.After 21 days of nursing,IAD children was healed.
