度洛西汀治疗糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析度洛西汀治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛的有效性和安全性。方法选取2018年12月至2019年11月在我院接受治疗的86例糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组采用度洛西汀治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、神经感觉传导速度、治疗前、后的VAS评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的正中神经感觉传导速度、尺神经感觉传导速度、腓总神经感觉传导速度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论度洛西汀治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛具有良好的临床效果,能有效改善患者病情,减轻疼痛,促进神经传导速度恢复,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of duloxetine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain treated in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to parity grouping method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with duloxetine.The clinical efficacy,nerve sensory conduction velocity,VAS score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensory conduction velocity of median nerve,ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Duloxetine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain has a good clinical effect,it can effectively improve the condition of patients,reduce pain,promote the recovery of nerve conduction velocity,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
