摘　　要：目的探讨自制钩线针、送线针行小儿单孔腹腔镜钩针法腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术的效果。方法根据手术方法将68例腹股沟疝患儿分为对照组(34例,传统疝囊结扎术)和观察组(34例,自制钩线针、送线针行小儿单孔腹腔镜钩针法腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后48 h,两组的CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平均上升,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的切口长度、手术时间和下床活动时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制钩线针、送线针行小儿单孔腹腔镜钩针法腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术是安全、有效、可行的,且具有微创、复发率低、美容效果显著等优势,由经验丰富、操作熟练的外科医生进行手术不仅能降低复发率、减少术后并发症,也能提高手术治愈率。Objective To explore the effect of self-made hook line needle and wire feeding needle for high ligation of inguinal hernia sac with single hole laparoscopic hook needle method in children.Methods A total of 68 children with inguinal hernia were divided into control group(34 cases,traditional ligation of the hernia sac)and observation group(34 cases,self-made hook line needle and wire feeding needle for high ligation of inguinal hernia sac with single hole laparoscopic hook needle method in children)according to operation method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 48 h after surgery,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in both groups increased,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incision length,operation time and out-of-bed activity time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss volume was less than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made hook line needle and wire feeding needle for high ligation of inguinal hernia sac with single hole laparoscopic hook needle method in children is safe,effective,feasible,and has the advantages of minimally invasive,low recurrence rate and significant cosmetic effect.Operation by experienced and skilled surgeons can not only reduce the recurrence rate,reduce postoperative complications,but also improve the surgical cure rate.
