摘　　要：目的探究地佐辛超前镇痛辅助氯胺酮复合麻醉在学龄期腹股沟斜疝患儿中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析200例学龄期腹股沟斜疝患儿的临床资料,采用生理盐水辅助氯胺酮复合麻醉的99例作为对照组,采用地佐辛超前镇痛辅助氯胺酮复合麻醉的101例作为观察组。比较两组患儿的麻醉效果。结果观察组的苏醒时间、拔管时间均短于对照组,苏醒期躁动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2、8、12、24 h,观察组的CRIES评分、NO、P物质水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛超前镇痛辅助氯胺酮复合麻醉应用于腹股沟斜疝术患儿中,具有麻醉恢复快、躁动发生率低、术后镇痛效果好等优势。Objective To investigate the application effect of dezocine preemptive analgesia assisted ketamine combined anesthesia in school-age children with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods The clinical data of 200 school-age children with indirect inguinal hernia were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,99 cases of normal saline assisted ketamine combined anesthesia were set as control group,and 101 cases of dezocine preemptive analgesia assisted ketamine combined anesthesia were set as observation group.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time and extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the agitation score in the recovery period was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 2,8,12 and 24 h after operation,the CRIES score,NO and substance P levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of agitation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dezocine preemptive analgesia assisted ketamine combined anesthesia applied to children with indirect inguinal hernia surgery has the advantages of fast recovery of anesthesia,low incidence of agitation and good postoperative analgesic effect.
