彩色多普勒超声在下肢大隐静脉曲张中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢大隐静脉曲张中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月在我院行彩色多普勒超声检查的252例患者的临床资料,分析彩色多普勒超声在下肢大隐静脉曲张中的诊断和治疗价值。结果在252例患者中,单纯大隐静脉曲张患者74例(29.37%),静脉瓣功能不全144例(57.14%),深静脉血栓形成34例(13.49%)。Valsalva试验中,均可见静脉反流情况,其中股浅静脉瓣的反流时间最长,反流速度最快。结论彩色多普勒超声在下肢大隐静脉曲张患者的诊断中能起到重要作用,能为患者临床治疗提供有力依据。在超声引导下进行治疗能减少手术的盲目性,提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in varicose great saphenous vein of lower extremity.Methods The clinical data of 252 patients who underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of varicose great saphenous vein of lower extremity was analyzed.Results Among 252 patients,74 cases(29.37%)were simple varicose great saphenous vein,144 cases(57.14%)were venous valve dysfunction,and 34 cases(13.49%)were deep venous thrombosis.In Valsalva test,venous reflux was found in all cases,and the reflux time and velocity of superficial femoral vein valve were the longest and the fastest.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can play an important role in the diagnosis of patients with varicose great saphenous vein of lower extremity,and provide a strong basis for clinical treatment of patients.Ultrasound guided surgery can reduce blindness and improve treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
