摘　　要：目的探讨精神运动康复在慢性精神分裂症患者康复中的应用效果。方法将120例慢性精神分裂症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规抗精神病药、精神分裂症常规护理和一般工娱治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用精神运动康复训练。比较两组患者训练前、后的精神病性症状和康复效果。结果训练后,两组的NOSIE总积极因素评分和总分均升高,NOSIE总消极因素评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。训练后,两组的IPROS各分量表评分及总分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神运动康复能改善慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状和行为障碍,提高其生活能力、社交能力等,增强患者社会功能。Objective To explore the application effect of psychomotor rehabilitation on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antipsychotics,routine nursing of schizophrenia and general recreational treatment,and the observation group was given psychomotor rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The psychotic symptoms and rehabilitation effects before and after training of the two groups were compared.Results After training,the total positive factor score and total score of NOSIE in the two groups increased,and the total negative factor score of NOSIE decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After training,the IPROS subscales scores and total score in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychomotor rehabilitation can ameliorate the mental symptoms and behavior disorders of patients with chronic schizophrenia,improve the life ability and social ability,and enhance the social function.
