摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液加利多卡因胶浆混合喷雾在胃肠减压患者留置胃管期间的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年12月收治的胃肠减压患者180例,根据简单随机化法将其分为A组(60例,康复新液治疗)、B组(60例,利多卡因胶浆治疗)及C组(60例,康复新液加利多卡因胶浆混合喷雾治疗)。比较三组患者非计划拔管率、留置胃管期间不良事件发生率、不适症程度、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果三组的非计划拔管率及不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。留置胃管后2 d及拔管当天,C组的不适症程度低于A、B组(P<0.05)。留置胃管后2 d、拔管当天及拔管后2 d,C组疼痛程度评分低于A、B组(P<0.05)。C组的护理满意度高于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液加利多卡因胶浆混合喷雾应用于胃肠减压患者,能有效减轻留置胃管期间的不适症,缓解疼痛程度,避免非计划拔管,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of Kangfuxin solution plus lidocaine mucilage mixed spray in patients with gastrointestinal decompression during indwelling gastric tube.Methods A total of 180 patients with gastrointestinal decompression admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected,and divided into group A(60 cases,Kangfuxin solution treatment),group B(60 cases,lidocaine mucilage treatment)and group C(60 cases,Kangfuxin solution plus lidocaine mucilage mixed spray treatment)by simple randomization method.The unplanned extubation rate,incidence of adverse events during indwelling gastric tube,degree of discomfort symptom,degree of pain and nursing satisfaction were compared among the three groups.Results There were no significant differences in unplanned extubation rate and incidence of adverse events among the three groups(P>0.05).Two days after indwelling gastric tube and the day of extubation,the degree of discomfort symptom in the group C were lower than that in the group A and B(P<0.05).Two days after indwelling gastric tube,the day of extubation and 2 days after extubation,the pain degree score of the group C were lower than those of the group A and B(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the group C were higher than that of the group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin solution plus lidocaine mucilage mixed spray applied to gastrointestinal decompression patients can effectively alleviate the discomfort symptom during indwelling gastric tube,relieve pain degree,avoid unplanned extubation and improve nursing satisfaction.
