摘 要:集群风电场送出线故障时,其表现为弱馈特性,且正、负序阻抗不相等,此时相电流差突变量选相元件和电流序分量选相元件无法正常工作。由于故障电压不受弱馈、频偏等特性的影响,且保护安装处的电压与故障点基本同相位,因此,文章提出一种适用于集群风电场送出线的选相新方案,该方案结合了电压模故障分量和稳态电压序分量选相方法的优点,避免了集群风电场送出线上故障电流与常规选相元件不相适应的问题,构成有足够灵敏度进行故障类别判断和故障相选择的选相元件。通过PSCAD建模仿真,结果表明该选相方案能够适用于集群风电场送出线,为后续故障重合闸以及配合常规工频距离保护的正确动作提供保障。When the cluster wind farm outgoing line fails,the methods which are mutation of phase current difference and the current sequence component cannot work normally because of unequal sequence impedances of the cluster wind farm and weak-feed characteristic.However,the fault voltage is not affected by weak-feed and frequency offset characteristics,and the voltage at the protection installation is basically the same as the fault point.A new method which is suitable for the cluster wind farm outgoing line is proposed.This method combines the advantages of the two methods of voltage mode fault component with steady-state voltage sequence component.Meanwhile,it avoids the problem that the fault current on the output line does not adapt to the routine method and it can accurately identify fault types and fault phases.By building a model in PSCAD for simulation,the results show that the new method can adapt to the cluster wind farm outgoing line and can also provide the guarantee for the correct operation of subsequent fault reclosing and conventional power frequency distance protection.
