摘  要:随着电线电缆趋向于低烟无卤阻燃的发展要求,EVM的应用越来越广泛,但标准中对耐低温的要求,限制了它的使用;EVM的耐低温性能都非常差,而且随着VA含量的增高,低温性能也变的更差;增塑剂改善低温性能是有一定限度的,且不同增塑剂的改善极限也不相同。随着增塑剂的增加,配方的抗拉强度持续下降;综合耐低温性能与抗拉性能考虑,可以发现DOS的综合性能最好,可以在满足低温性能的同时,保留较高的机械性能。With the development of low smoke and halogen-free flame retardant wire and cable,the application of EVM is more and more widely,but the requirement of low temperature resistance in the standard limits its use;The low temperature resistance of EVM is very poor,and with the increase of VA content,the low temperature performance becomes worse;There is a certain limit for plasticizers to improve low temperature performance,and the improvement limits of different plasticizers are also different.With the increase of plasticizer,the tensile strength of the formulation decreases continuously;Considering the low temperature resistance and tensile properties,it can be found that DOS has the best comprehensive performance,which can keep high mechanical properties while meeting the low temperature performance.
