摘 要:以(ABS)和聚乳酸(PC)为实验原料,分别配制ABS质量分数为10%、20%、30%和40%的PC/ABS混合料,再经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒后得到PC/ABS复合材料。分别以纯PC和不同组分的PC/ABS复合材料为实验材料,在粒料3D打印机上制备抗拉伸和冲击试样,并对打印制品做力学性能测试。实验结果表明,随着ABS含量的增加,制品最大拉伸强度呈先减小后增大再减小的趋势,当ABS含量为30%时,复合材料的平均拉伸强度最大,为54.84 MPa。制品的抗缺口冲击强度随着ABS含量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,当ABS含量为30%时,材料的抗冲击强度最大,为24.8 kJ/m^2。PC/ABS composites with 10%,20%,30%and 40%ABS are prepared respectively with ABS and PC as raw materials,and then extruded and granulated by twin-screw extruder.Using pure PC and PC/ABS composites with different components as experimental materials,tensile and impact specimens are prepared on the particle 3D printer,and the mechanical properties of the printed products are tested.The results show that with the increase of ABS content,the maximum tensile strength of the products decreases first,then increases and then decreases.When the content of ABS is 30%,the average tensile strength of the composite is 54.84 MPa.The notched impact strength of the product increases first and then decreases with the increase of ABS content.When the ABS content is 30%,the impact strength of the material is the maximum,which is 24.8 kJ/m2.
